Privacy Policy

Effective October 5, 2026

This notice describes the TX HIFI website at txhifi-flitegrid.com, operated by Aaron Green in the Fort Worth, Texas area. It covers website inquiries and related site features, not the operation of SkySafe’s drone intelligence platform or FliteGrid sensors.

Information collected

When you submit a property inquiry, the site records your name, email address, property address, property type, optional notes, submission time and inquiry reference. It also records the inquiry’s source or mailing campaign and its review status. Please do not include Social Security numbers, payment details, medical information or other sensitive information in your notes.

For abuse prevention, the application stores a hash derived from your IP address and the day of submission. This is a technical identifier, not anonymous data. Hosting providers may also process IP addresses, browser information and request logs to deliver and secure the site.

How information is used

TX HIFI uses inquiries to review potential hosting locations, contact applicants, manage follow-up and protect the form against abuse. Mailing source and campaign information help measure outreach results. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a location or guarantee eligibility.

Storage and service providers

Inquiries are stored in a hosted database. The site’s inquiry inbox is restricted to the owner’s account and is not publicly displayed. Website hosting, database and authentication providers process information to operate these features. If email alerts are enabled, an email provider processes a notification directing TX HIFI to the private inbox; the notification does not contain your name, email, address or notes.

The inquiry form does not automatically send submissions to SkySafe or FliteGrid. Any later hosting application, agreement or direct communication may involve separate information handling. Ask TXHIFI about any proposed sharing before proceeding.

Cookies and mailing statistics

Visits through the /postcard link set two first-party cookies, txhifi_source and txhifi_campaign, for up to 30 days. They associate a later inquiry with postcard outreach and a mailing campaign. The site also counts visits by date and campaign; counts may include repeat visits and automated traffic. You can clear or block cookies in your browser. Doing so may affect campaign attribution.

YouTube, maps and external links

The site’s YouTube player loads only after you click “Play SkySafe video.” Before that click, this video feature does not load a YouTube player or thumbnail. Once loaded, YouTube/Google may receive technical information and use cookies under its own policies. Choosing the separate YouTube link opens YouTube directly. Google Maps address lookups open in a separate tab and send the address you enter to Google. Links to SkySafe, FliteGrid and other external sites are governed by their own privacy practices.

Retention and requests

The inquiry system does not currently delete records automatically on a fixed schedule. To ask about access, correction or deletion of your inquiry, email TXHIFI@gmail.com. Include your inquiry reference if available, but do not email sensitive identity documents. TX HIFI may need to verify a request and consider applicable recordkeeping obligations. Rights available to you depend on applicable law.

Security

The site uses HTTPS, restricted inbox access and form validation. These measures reduce risk, but no website or transmission method can guarantee complete security.

Contact and changes

For privacy questions, contact TXHIFI at TXHIFI@gmail.com. Changes to this notice will be posted here with an updated effective date.

Interactive street maps

Our numbered hex explorer uses OpenStreetMap street-map tiles. When the map comes into view, your browser requests tiles from OpenStreetMap servers, which receive technical information such as your IP address and the requesting page. Selecting a hex can add its reference to your inquiry notes. The map is a provisional coverage reference, not live availability data. See OpenStreetMap’s Privacy Policy.
